300K Views & a Thriving Community Launching Alev's Of Tynemouth
The Challenge
In March, we partnered with Alev’s of Tynemouth to launch their café’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Within the first few months, we generated over 300K views across platforms, reached an average 11% engagement rate, and grew a loyal, engaged local community.

Our Approach
We started with a full content strategy tailored to Alev’s brand personality — warm, welcoming, and community-first. From there, we hosted an on-site content day, capturing a blend of high-quality photography and hi-fi UGC-style video content. Our shoot included a range of evergreen, audience-led, and product-focused visuals, giving the brand a rich content bank to build from.

We manage all of Alev’s social media channels end-to-end, from planning and scheduling to posting, engaging, and analysing results. We deliver monthly performance reports that break down what’s working and where we’re growing. Our partnership extends beyond just content — we provide hands-on community management support, work collaboratively with the owners on brand tone, and offer ongoing strategic advice.
